APP- Inpatient Surg Non-OR
Piedmont Healthcare is looking for a highly skilled physician assistant or nurse practitioner to help with inpatient coverage for liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant patients and patients with hepatobiliary disorders. As one of the top abdominal transplant programs in the country, the Piedmont Transplant Institute is a leader in the Southeast in patient outcomes, transplant volumes, and community outreach: performing over 160 kidney transplants and 100 liver transplants in the most recent fiscal year.
Opportunity to be part of a large collaborative team of inpatient APPs that work closely with transplant surgeons, nephrologists and hepatologists. We offer an in-depth onboarding process including training on days for 2-3 months then rotating to night training for an addition 2-3 months.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years or greater of experience as a PA or NP
Minimum Education Required
PA: Graduate of a Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board

NP: Graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Masters degree in Nursing
