Imaging Assistant - Radiology Cat Scan, Day

Responsibilities: This position provides advanced technical, clinical and clerical support within the Imaging department. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, conducting patient screening, assisting patients during procedures, maintaining supplies, and supporting technologists as needed. This role also includes remote cardiac monitoring for patients undergoing MRI when they are off nursing units. Qualifications: Education

• Paramedic - High school diploma/GED and a graduate of an accredited paramedic program. Required or
• LPN High school diploma or GED plus completion of an accredited LPN program. Required or
• 2nd Year Rad Tech High school diploma or GED Required
  
  

Work Experience

• Prior experience as a paramedic or LPN Required
• Recent experience in cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation Required
  
  

Licenses and Certifications

• EMT Certification Required or
• LPN license Required or
• 2nd year Rad Tech Required
