Responsibilities
This is an on-site position based at Atlantic Station.
Job Purpose
Under the supervision of the Director, Corporate Compliance, the Compliance Analyst works closely with department leadership on processes and systems to investigate, monitor, track, and report allegations of non-compliance; support compliance awareness and training; assist with onboarding of new facilities; and promotes a culture of compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum Experience Required
Two (2) years of experience with a healthcare organization in a compliance role or a comparable role in a care management, accreditation, quality or risk management position.
Minimum Licensure / Certification Required
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (“CHC”), required
Minimum Skills Required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels within the system. Proven experience in conducting healthcare investigations. The ability to write precise and meaningful reports of findings and recommendations is required. Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and work independently. Must have excellent organization skills to support a multi-component system, and manage multiple projects across components. Must be detail and accuracy oriented with excellent critical thinking skills. Must possess an excellent work ethic and be adaptable.
