Overview: Performs standard EKGs and electroencephalographic (EEG) procedures on inpatients and outpatients as ordered by a physician. Able to provide indirect care by acquisition of EKG tracings for infant, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Measures by means of electroencephalograph (EEG), impulse frequencies and differences in electrical potential between various areas of the brain to obtain data for use in diagnosis of brain disorders. - H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Six (6) months of direct patient care experience in the healthcare field Required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS Upon Hire Required
