Responsibilities
This is an on-site position based at our Atlantic Station offices in Atlanta.
Maintains and administers a PHC System-wide compensation classification and pay for performance program, to include reviewing analyzing and grading jobs, assisting departments with compensation analyses and planning and acting as a trusted advisor to provide support to HR across all entities on compensation related matters. Assists in developing and implementing approved policies, procedures, practices, forms and other tools for administering the compensation program. Assists on special projects achieving timeline milestones as assigned.

Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university with course emphasis in Business Administration, Human Resources or a closely related field Required
- 1 year of professional work experience in healthcare, with previous exposure to compensation principles, theory, and design methods, is Preferred
- Previous experience with annual compensation planning and analysis, including administering pay for performance models Preferred
