Position Title: Annual Giving & Stewardship Coordinator

Position Purpose: Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement and External Affairs, the Annual Giving & Stewardship Coordinator supports the execution of annual giving campaigns and donor stewardship activities for the Advancement and External Affairs Division and the PVCC Educational Foundation (Foundation). This position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful donor communications and for supporting donor participation and retention through coordinated appeals and stewardship efforts.
The Annual Giving & Stewardship Coordinator works closely with the Advancement Operations Coordinator and Development Coordinator, Donor Relations to support data‑informed engagement and donor experience.
Duties And Responsibilities
Annual Giving Campaign Coordination (40%)
Coordinate the execution of annual giving initiatives designed to increase donor participation and support:
Support consistent and high‑quality donor stewardship activities that reinforce donor confidence and trust:
Use donor data and basic prospecting insights to support segmentation, upgrades, and pipeline development for annual giving
Support donor communications and engagement efforts aligned with Foundation priorities:

- Track appeal timelines and support campaign evaluations.
- Coordinate gift acknowledgment communications related to annual giving effort.
Support consistent and high‑quality donor stewardship activities that reinforce donor confidence and trust:
- Manage donor acknowledgment schedules and processes.
- Develop, plan, and implements events and activities to enhance stewardship of donors.
- Coordinate student thank‑you notes and stewardship communications.
- Maintain donor recognition lists and giving societies.
- Support stewardship reporting for scholarship and restricted funds.
- Ensure donor recognition commitments are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Use donor data and basic prospecting insights to support segmentation, upgrades, and pipeline development for annual giving
- Collaborate with the Advancement Operations Coordinator to review donor giving patterns and participation trends.
- Identify potential leadership annual giving and upgrade opportunities.
- Assist with segmentation of donor lists for appeals and campaigns.
- Flag donors exhibiting increased engagement or giving capacity for referral to the Development Coordinator or VPAEA.
- Track participation and retention metrics to inform annual giving strategies.
Support donor communications and engagement efforts aligned with Foundation priorities:
- Assist with coordination of donor newsletters and impact communications.
- Support donor surveys and feedback initiatives.
- Collect donor and student impact stories for use in stewardship and appeals.
- Coordinate communication timing with annual giving and stewardship calendars.
