Chief Executive Officer

PSR is conducting a search for our next CEO! We are a missions driven nonprofit agency, serving diverse needs in a seven-county service area. Our focus is on adults 60 years old, that are underserved, low income, rural, and minority populations. Programs are diverse and grounded in inclusivity, cultural responsiveness, and accessibility. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about community service, energized by collaboration, and excited to make lasting, meaningful impacts in the lives of others.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, major in business, public admin, social work or related field.

Minimum of 5 years in the nonprofit sector, with admin or supervisory experience. Prefer upper-level management experience.

Exceptional leadership skills.

Strong written and oral communication, public relations and technical skills.

Knowledge of social and economic characteristics of seniors in the counties served.

Knowledge of principles of the Oler Americans Act, and knowledge of regulations, procedures, laws, and availability of elderly appropriate federal and state grants.

Must maintain primary residence in the agency service area.

The position of CEO is onsite. Occasional travel to conferences and meetings.

Hiring range between $90,000 and $120,000, based on experience.
