Role Overview:
The Security Schedule Coordinator will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional responsible for managing scheduling operations for our security personnel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong multitasking abilities, and maintain clear, professional communication with employees and leadership.
Pay Rate:
Starting $18.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage weekly employee schedules, ensuring all staff receive their assignments on time.
- Maintain accurate records of employee availability, time-off requests, and shift coverage.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with security officers.
- Assist with maintaining the scheduling software database.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in employee scheduling is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Must be able to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
