Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient movement of materials in the warehouse and provides regular truck loading and unloading with minimum supervision.

• Moves materials in the warehouse and loads / unloads trucks safely, accurately, and promptly.
• Accurately records all material movements on move sheets and/or wireless computer system on forklifts (when installed).
• Regularly assists with receiving material on paperwork, counts material, tags material, etc.
• Assists in handling customer pickups, salesperson pickups, etc.
• Makes efficient use of time so that output is maximized, and other people are assisted when necessary.
• Maintains specified housekeeping zone.
• Complete all required continuous learning training, including safety, compliance, and job specific.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Highly safety and quality-conscious; making good decisions about working safely and about identification of product.
• Organized – keeps paperwork and orders in proper sequence.

Education/Experience:
• High School graduate, or GED equivalent.
• Recent experience with sit-down forklift, stand up forklift (GA Division Only), and pallet jacks required, with excellent safety record.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of applicable experience required, with familiarity with similar packaging products preferred.
• Experience with using PC and applications, warehouse management systems, wireless forklift computer systems, and scanners preferred.
