About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for implementing, supervising, and evaluating safe patient care. You will work closely with the Director to ensure the safe operation of the unit, while promoting a positive work environment for employees and families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure the safe operation of the assigned department
- Implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care
- Maintain clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the population
A minimum of 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability is required. Relevant mandatory certifications for department within orientation period.
