As the first and last point of contact for our service clients, you set the tone for world-class customer care. No automotive experience required—we will train you! Key Responsibilities
- Warm Welcome: Greet service customers with energy and hospitality as they arrive on the service drive.
- Checkout Operations: Handle customer invoicing, process cash/credit transactions accurately, and issue receipts for completed vehicle services.
- Customer Care: Assist guests in the lounge, answer basic questions, and direct customers to their assigned Service Advisors.
- Lounge Maintenance: Keep the customer waiting areas, refreshment stations, and reception desk clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Position Qualifications
- Personality First: Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
- Availability: Must be able to work Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to learn basic billing and dealership management software.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean record; must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
