About Position:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Travel: This role requires travel
Duties -
Leads the school health link coordination between Piedmont Health Services (PHS) and Alamance Burlington School System (ABSS). The School Health Link Coordinator is responsible for bridging the gap between ABSS schools and external healthcare provision, coordinating access to necessary health services for students by facilitating communication managing referrals, and advocating for student health needs within the community. This position works closely with school nurses, administrators and community organizations.
Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field (such as public health or social work) is required, master’s preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years case management experience or clinical work experience.
- Experience in Alamance Burlington School System is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred.
Pay Range: $53,827 - $72,339 (Based on years of relevant work experience)
