Qualifications -
Education/Experience: Graduate of an Occupational Therapist curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association; be eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association and have achieved a satisfactory grade on a proficiency examination conducted, approved, or sponsored by the U.S. Pubic Health Services. 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist and 1 year of experience with the frail or elderly preferred.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.
Pay Range: $71,088 to $95,536 (commensurate with years of experience)

Qualifications -
