Qualifications -
Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years clinical Advanced Practice Provider experience with geriatric/high-risk populations. The Advanced Practice Provider must have completed an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and received a certification as appropriate.
Licensure/Certifications: A an active North Carolina license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is required and must be kept current. Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the Drug Enforcement Administration ("DEA certificate") is required and must be kept current. Basic Life Support and First Aid certification is required.
Patient Population Served: Geriatric
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.
Salary Range: $104,019.00 - $139,792.00 (prorated by FTE and commensurate with years of experience)
