Now Hiring: Lead Pest Control Route Technician/Supervisor
Pied Piper Pest Control seeks an experienced, highly organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Pest Control Route Technician/Supervisor.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technical expert who is ready to step into a leadership role, driving quality service and operational excellence for our routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Directly manage and mentor a small team of Pest Control Technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Protocol Development: Design, document, and implement clear, effective, and industry-compliant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all pest control service delivery, including safety, application methods, and customer service.
- Quality Assurance & Follow-Up: Consistently audit and monitor the work of your team to ensure strict adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Route Service: Maintain your own part-time pest control route, performing services efficiently and effectively.
- Training: Conduct field training for new and existing technicians on proper techniques and protocols.
- Reporting: Track team performance metrics and report on compliance and service quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Pest Control Technician.
- A strong, documented understanding of pest biology, integrated pest management (IPM) principles, and chemical safety.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement written procedures or protocols.
- Prior experience leading, training, or supervising a small team is highly preferred.
- Valid Louisiana state pest control license.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
