Pied Parker is a vibrant tech company, rapidly expanding at Keck Hospital!
We are seeking immediate placement of a Tech Savvy Parking Ambassador. The Ambassador's goal is to support new users on-site. You will embrace customers with varying degrees of technical expertise or provide basic information about Pied’s technology and its benefits. You will also need to be able to adapt your delivery of information based on the individual’s comfort level and provide clear and concise information to parkers, passengers, and other visitors. The emphasis of this position is to educate parkers, receive payment, and help process customers quickly. We will provide a list of FAQ’s and a support person to contact with any issues in real time.
Representative requirements/qualifications:
Experience and skills in customer service
Great team player
Strong leadership characteristics and good time management
Warm and engaging personalities, interested in serving our customers
Good professional communication skills: in-person, by email, and by phone
Technical understanding of smartphones and an ability to learn technology quickly
Role & Responsibilities:
Act as an onsite brand ambassador to inform and aid in the process of onboarding new users
Receive payment from customers
Placing fliers on cars to enforce parking rules
Troubleshooting iPads, and parking barriers
Post-shift reporting and analysis using daily journal entries
Daily/Weekly debrief of work and performance updates
