Compensation
Yearly Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lakeville, MA, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Primary responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior interventionists, and analyzing data to evaluate client progress. Additional tasks involve training and supporting families through parent education and ensuring the ethical implementation of evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Proficiency in Behavior Management and conducting assessments
- Experience in providing Parent Education and collaborating effectively with families
- Strong foundation in Psychology, particularly in behavioral approaches
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and familiarity with BHCOE standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and supportive environment
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
