Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and oversee ABA-based interventions to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to BTs and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity and clinical excellence.
• Complete required documentation including, Supervision notes, Treatment planning notes, Parent training notes, and Coordination of Care documentation.
• Analyze session data to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including behavior plans and required reports.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure treatment consistency across environments.
• Train and educate parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA principles, behavior management strategies, and intervention techniques.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, research, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
• Uphold the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services.
