(PMI) is growing and looking for a high-performing Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of major projects while helping develop the next generation of project managers.This is not a passive coordinator role. We are seeking a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple client projects, and is motivated to train and mentor a Junior Project Manager who will report directly to this role.If you are a strong operator, decisive leader, and solutions-focused problem solver, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing, employee-owned company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple client projects from kickoff through completionOwn project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationshipsCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to drive successful project outcomesUtilize project management and service platforms to manage workflow and reportingIdentify operational improvements and implement scalable processesSupport leadership with project performance reporting and operational insightsLeadership & Mentorship ResponsibilitiesThis role will directly oversee and develop a Junior Project Manager as part of PMI’s internal talent development program.Responsibilities include:Providing hands-on training in project workflows, client communication, and operational processesReviewing project progress and providing guidance on prioritization and problem solvingHelping the Junior Project Manager develop time management, vendor coordination, and project tracking skillsConducting regular check-ins and coaching to accelerate professional developmentAssisting leadership in building a scalable project management teamWhat We're Looking For5 years of project management experienceProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesAbility to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentExperience with service platforms or facilities/project operations is a strong plusCompany DescriptionWhy Join PMI?PMI is a growing, employee-owned company where strong performers are trusted with responsibility and given opportunities to build teams, improve operations, and advance their careers.
