Compensation:
- $60,000/year draw against commission
- Weekly base pay with quarterly commission true-ups
- Realistic earning potential: $80K-$100K with strong performance
- No cap on commission
What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home and virtual move consultations
- Build rapport with homeowners and businesses to assess moving needs
- Create and present customized quotes that solve customer problems
- Manage follow-ups and close deals across local, long-distance, and corporate relocations
- Network with local realtors, builders, and community partners to drive referrals
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM and coordinate with ops team for smooth execution
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in outside sales - bonus points for experience in moving, logistics, real estate, or home services
- Strong closer with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Excellent communicator - both face-to-face and over the phone
- Self-motivated with a competitive edge
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed (because that's when customers move!)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
