What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Staff position at Piecasso?
Piecasso is currently seeking customer service staff for our pizza counter. Times can be flexible if needed. Looking to fill multiple shifts a week but can also be flexible with that.
Here's what you need to succeed: Must enjoy a fast-paced & positive working environment. Must be an enthusiastic team player able to multi-task. Must have motivation to work with a sense of urgency, accountability, dedication & passion. Knowledge of our menus, basic math skills, taking orders & interacting with guests in a professional manor is key.
Daily tasks include: answering phones, taking orders, cashing people out, getting change, folding pizza boxes, restocking dry goods, bagging togo food, handling hot food, cutting pizza and being polite. If you can multi-task & provide exceptional customer service while having fun we want to talk with you.

A minimum of one-year experience in customer service & cash handling is required but if you have the right attitude we are willing to train you!
