Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager based in New York, NY. The ERP Project Manager will oversee ERP implementation projects, ensure successful integration of ERP systems, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance business processes. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, analyzing data to inform decisions, and aligning ERP solutions with business needs to drive efficiency and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also ensure clear and continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions
• Proven experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management for effective project execution
• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process optimization and improvement
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry is an advantage
