Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Coach at Picoso's Mexican Kitchen, located in Lubbock, TX. The Life Coach will work closely with team members to provide personalized coaching and support for personal and professional development. Responsibilities include facilitating individual and group coaching sessions, creating and delivering training programs, and fostering a culture of communication, collaboration, and growth within the workplace. The Life Coach will play a key role in empowering employees to achieve their full God- Given potential both personally and professionally. This role will assist with restaurant operations as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Life Coaching and Personal Development, with a focus on empowering individuals to achieve their goals
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills with the ability to actively listen, inspire, and guide
- Experience in delivering Training sessions and workshops tailored for personal and professional growth
- Ability to build trust, foster motivation, and create strong interpersonal connections
- Proven organizational and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a coaching or mentoring role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is an asset
