- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after installation.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from company vehicles.
- Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Observe and absorb technical knowledge, installation techniques, and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent support to both the team and our customers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- A strong desire to learn a skilled trade.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with your hands.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well.
- Positive attitude and works well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders, at various heights, and occasionally in tight spaces.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
