Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Honolulu, HI, for a Pickleball Attendant. The Pickleball Attendant will oversee daily operations of the facility, ensure the courts are well-maintained, and provide excellent customer service to members and guests. Responsibilities include managing court bookings, assisting with events, coordinating lessons, and supporting the smooth operation of the facility. The role also entails promoting guest engagement, enforcing facility policies, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to engage with members and address their needs
- Organization and multitasking abilities for managing court schedules, equipment, and events
- Knowledge of pickleball or willingness to learn about the game
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle on-site issues effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Experience in facility operations, event coordination, or a similar field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sports management or hospitality are a bonus
