We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead our coaching team, deliver high-quality instruction, and shape the overall player experience at our facility.

Position Overview

The Head Coach plays a central role in delivering engaging pickleball programs, providing hands-on instruction, and mentoring assistant coaches. This role combines on-court coaching with off-court leadership, ensuring that programs are structured, accessible, and designed to help players of all skill levels succeed.

Responsibilities

· Lead group and individual lessons for beginner through advanced players.

· Design and implement structured training programs, clinics, and camps.

· Mentor, manage, and provide feedback to other coaches.

· Promote a fun, inclusive, and competitive environment for all participants.

· Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain program standards and grow participation.

· Stay current with pickleball rules, strategies, and player development best practices.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a pickleball coach or instructor.

· Strong leadership and prior experience mentoring or managing staff.

· Deep knowledge of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Passion for growing the game and building community.

· 4.0 DUPR rating

· Strong technology and program knowledge

· Experience with scheduling leagues, tournaments, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
