Job Summary:
The Membership Concierge team is committed to making every experience memorable for the guests by embracing the fun and infectious energy at Pickle on Penn "POP". As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
- Greet guests upon arrival by name (if member) and provide a warm welcome
- Demonstrate a member-centric culture where members are the center of all decisions
- Orientate new members to POP; the facility, all amenities, open play, lessons and clinics offered
- Oversee all court scheduling and reservations via Court Reserve, our online reservation platform
- Responsible for providing information on our different types of memberships for members and nonmembers
- Responsibilities include folding and sorting towels, napkins, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handling all retail and sales
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests
**We are actively hiring for part-time employees who can help out on all shifts, including weekends and mid-shift (11:15am - 5pm)
