Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Algonquin, IL. The Events Manager will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of Private & Corporate Events (banquets). Responsibilities include prospecting, sales, coordinating schedules, working with team members, and supporting events and activities to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
3 years e
- xperience in sales, customer service and hospitality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Event booking & restaurant management software (Toast, Tripleseat)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in the food, beverage, or entertainment industry is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in hospitality management are advantageous
