Job Description:
As Front Desk Staff at Pickle Haus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time while visiting our establishment. You will work alongside other team members to create a welcoming atmosphere, provide excellent customer service, and facilitate reservations for pickleball and golf simulators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet Guests:
- Warmly welcome guests as they enter Pickle Haus and positive first impression of our eatertainment concept
- Answer Phones:
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and assist with reservation inquiries via telephone
- Reservation Management:
- Book pickleball and golf simulator reservations in our court management software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Retail Sales:
- Promote and sell retail items to guests, including apparel and equipment related to pickleball and golf
- Food and Beverage Service:
- Serve coffee and baked goods to customers, ensuring a high standard of presentation and quality
- Customer Experience:
- Respond to and anticipate customer needs, including facility
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pickleball and golf is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Compensation
Pay: $15-17/per hour

Reporting Relationship:
Front Desk Staff reports to the Front Desk Manager and collaborates closely with other members of the Operations Department.
