Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicants for a Duty Aide position at Heritage Elementary.
This is a 3.5-hour per day position, 186 day contract.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Interest in working with children
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to maintain supervision of a small/large group situation and be able to quickly respond to student needs
- Ability to follow directions and a strong desire to succeed
- Must be respectful and work collaboratively with peers
- Must be dependable and exhibit a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situations
- Must work well with students, staff and parents of diverse populations
