Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Pickering Manor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents in various settings including Independent Living, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our senior community.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $40.50 - $41.50 per hour
