Pickens Elementary Student Work-Study Program: General Office Worker/Library Assistant
Start Date: July 1, 2026
End Date: June 30, 2027
- General Office Worker/Library Assistant for 3 weeks at start of school to assist with back-to-school projects for students/families/staff including staff return celebrations and meet-the-teacher, they would also assist with technology start-up for school year issuing/organizing student Chromebooks and other classroom technology.
- Once school starts, this worker would assist the teachers with making copies and the Media Specialist by checking in and shelving library books.
- Hours per day could be broken up morning and/or afternoon depending on student schedule or scheduled consecutively if preferred.
Requirements:
- SDPC student at least 16 years old
- Teacher recommendation
- Checking account
- TB Test
Background Check Includes National Sex Offender database and SLED, if applicable.
