We are looking for energetic, caring educators who are ready to inspire young learners and create fun, engaging classrooms where children and grow, learn, and thrive.
What you will do:
- Be the friendly face of the center and welcome families, visitors, and partners.
- Answer phones, support the front desk, and keep things running smoothly.
- Help keep the center safe and secure by following check-in procedures.
- Support the Center Coordinator with compliance (Head Start, DCY, Step Up to Quality, PICCA policies).
- Keep records organized and assist with licensing and monitoring needs.
- Jump in to help classrooms when extra hands are needed.
- Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Balance office tasks with hands-on support to keep the center flowing and families engaged.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a Licensed Childcare or Head Start program
- Must obtain DCY Administrator Training within 90 days of hire
Hours
- August-May
- Full-Time (Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm)
