What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Associate (Pickleball Club) position at Pick US Pickleball Club?
We’re looking for a reliable and personable team member to support daily operations and deliver a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position plays a key role in member interactions, check-ins, and overall facility flow. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, community-driven environment, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and transactions using our system
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain a clean, organised front desk and common areas
- Complete routine light cleaning tasks as assigned
- Assist coaches and team members with day-to-day needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or similar) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
- Dependable, organised, and proactive
- Interest in sports or Pickleball is helpful but not required
Schedule & Hours
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Additional on-call opportunities available
- Estimated 12–24 hours per week
