What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Treat a diverse musculoskeletal patient population, blending the "science" of physical therapy with the "art" of human connection.
- Educate and empower patients to reach their individual functional goals.
- Maintain clean, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.
- Actively engage with a tight-knit staff and foster meaningful, community-based connections.
Our Schedule:
We operate on a predictable, structured schedule designed to let you maximize your time outside of work:
- 4- 10 hour shifts (either M-Th or T-F depending on which works better for the clinic)
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Must hold an active (or pending) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Idaho.
- A community-minded professional who is passionate about helping people and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect deeply with patients from all walks of life.
