What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Assistant position at Épicerie Boulud - Commissary?
The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking a Delivery Assistant to work alongside the Delivery Driver. This is a full-time hourly position with a fixed scheduled and potential for overtime.
The Delivery Assistant will deliver prepared food and packages from our downtown Commissary Kitchen to locations across Manhattan, ensuring the the deliveries arrive safely and on time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5 am-1 pm
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills required
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bring a positive attitude to everything you do
- Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English
