Piccard Roofing is expanding across Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. We are currently hiring TWO (2) driven, high-performing sales professionals to join our team.

Whether you have a background in roofing and home improvement or a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales—including solar, pest control, automotive, insurance, windows, or telecom—if you know how to sell, we want to talk to you.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity designed for top earners who want their income directly tied to their performance. WE WILL CONSIDER A BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION AND BENEFITS FOR THE RIGHT QUALIFIED AND MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL.

• Company-Provided Leads: 5% – 7% commission (based on job margin)
• Self-Generated Leads: 6.5% – 8.5% commission
• Monthly Tiered Bonuses: Up to $3,500/month in additional performance bonuses for reaching volume and margin targets.
• Earning Potential: Top producers can realistically earn $100,000 – $180,000 annually.

(Note: There is no base salary or hourly pay for this role. If you need guaranteed hourly pay, this is not the right fit. If you want uncapped earning potential backed by company leads and support, this is for you.)

What We Are Looking For

• Sales Track Record: Proven experience closing deals in direct sales, home improvement, solar, pest control, auto, telecom, or B2B.
• Hunter Mindset: Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable prospecting, networking, and following up.
• Strong Communicator: Ability to connect with homeowners, present options clearly, and handle objections on the spot.
• Licensing: Existing roofing or home-improvement sales licenses in MD, DC, or VA are a strong plus.
• Requirements: Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain/maintain necessary local sales permits.

Work Location & Territory

Field sales throughout the entire DMV metro area:

• Maryland: Rockville, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Prince George's County, Montgomery County
• Washington, DC
• Northern Virginia: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and surrounding areas
