Summary
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Picazzo's kitchen personnel within their kitchen. This position contributes to Picazzo's high image through maximizing the productivity of the kitchen staff, executing quality control and consistency in food prep and handling, maintaining impeccable personal hygiene, as well as holding high workand safety standards through adhering to local health codes. Other key elements harnessed by this position would include strong communication, teamwork, organization, commitment, and a palate for success. The Kitchen Manager operates the kitchen with the direction and support of the Area Kitchen Manager, GM & Regional Manager.
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years kitchen experience in food preparation positions
- Up-to-date Manager Food Safety certification
- Open availability and commitment to leadership and success
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain throughout adversity to accomplish specific goals
