Full Time Boba Barista/Cashier

Full-time Barista & Cashier:

We are looking to hire a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Boba Tea & Café Barista/Cashier to join our team. During the training period, pay starts at $14 per hour (already including shared tips) and can increase to $18 per hour based on performance, work ethic, and ability to learn and adapt.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent time management, teamwork, customer service, and salesmanship while ensuring that all duties are completed efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, sandwiches, assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and supporting daily café operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of barista experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of kitchen or food service experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification & knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly, follow instructions, and develop salesmanship skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
