Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders accurately, and recommend drink pairings.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experiences.
Skills
- POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage guests effectively.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred, showcasing an understanding of upscale service standards.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
