What You’ll Do
- Market open positions to attract qualified candidates through job boards, outreach, and referrals
- Source and engage candidates using communication and branding strategies
- Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Assist with writing and managing job postings and recruiting campaigns
- Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Build talent pipelines for current and future projects nationwide
- Represent PIC at job fairs, college events, and recruiting events
- Support onboarding and new-hire coordination
- Recent college graduate or entry-level candidate
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, confidence, and professional presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Coachable mindset with a strong desire to grow
- Comfortable working on-site in our Woodland, WA office
