The ideal candidate will possess a strong electrical background with proven experience overseeing high-voltage systems, switchgear, UPS, bus duct, and cable management infrastructure in complex industrial or data center environments.

Key Project Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC inspection or commissioning experience supporting electrical systems on mission-critical, power generation, or industrial facilities.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical distribution systems including MV/LV switchgear, bus duct, cable tray, grounding, lighting, and generator systems.
- Proficiency with QA documentation and tracking platforms such as Microsoft CX Compass, Nexus, or similar quality management tools.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E, NEC, IEEE standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and electrical testing and verification practices.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawings, submittals, and installation plans for compliance with project specifications, NEC, and NFPA standards.
- Conduct and document field inspections on electrical installations including MV/LV switchgear, bus duct, transformers, cable trays, grounding, lighting, and standby generator systems.
- Witness and verify electrical testing activities such as insulation resistance, continuity, torque checks, functional testing, and energization preparation.
- Track and resolve non-conformance items (NCRs) and punch list issues within QA software such as Compass or Nexus.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and commissioning teams to coordinate testing schedules, resolve deficiencies, and verify corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test data, and turnover packages.
- Enforce project safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and compliance with NFPA 70E and site-specific requirements.
- Support final QA/QC closeout and turnover to ensure all electrical systems meet project and client acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated capability and experience with electrical installations on mission-critical or heavy industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with commissioning and testing procedures, including load bank testing, megger testing, and energization protocols.
- Ability to interpret single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and as-built drawings.
- Skilled in reviewing and managing QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, inspection reports, and test certifications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality tracking systems (CX Compass, Nexus, etc.).
- Certification or licensure in electrical inspection or QA/QC (e.g., IAEI, NETA, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- High school diploma required; technical degree or advanced education preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC or commissioning experience with electrical systems in data center, power generation, or heavy industrial environments.
