Someone who can:
- Make thoughtful, high-quality drinks and food - consistently
- Maintain a clean, calm, and efficient workspace, even when it’s busy
- Create genuine, friendly connections with every guest

- Use a POS system accurately and follow cash handling procedures

Position Details:
- Part-Time (25–32 hours/week)
- Must have open weekend availability
- Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, scheduled within our business hours of 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM Mon-Sat, & 6:30 AM -2:30 PM on Sundays
- Location: Pic Coffee Roasters – Weatherford (76086)
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior barista or café experience
- Strong background in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
