SENIOR DATA ANALYST
Job Summary:
The Data Analyst at Pibank plays a critical role in transforming and analyzing raw transactional, operational, behavioral and customer data into actionable insights and reports that drive customer satisfaction, retention, optimize digital channel and support high quality business decisions for efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role acts as a partner to both the Marketing and Digital Banking teams, identifying key customer life events and behavioral shifts to deliver highly personalized, timely, and compliant reports and recommendations solutions based on data analytics.
- Analyze large datasets of core transactional data (e.g., loan balances, deposit histories, and account activity etc) alongside behavioral data (e.g., digital banking logins, click-through rates, and CRM touchpoints) to identify patterns and trends.
- Supports Marketing Campaign Measurements
- Design, execute, and evaluate testing frameworks for digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and mobile banking applications
- Supports Salesforce reports and analytics.
- Tracks budget, invoices and department cost Manage department budgets, process and track invoices, and prepare periodic financial reports for leadership review.
- Completes updates to website content, product terms and conditions, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards (using tools such as Power BI or Tableau) to provide executive leadership and frontline staff with real-time, actionable insights.
- Work and prepare reports for NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicators.
- Partner with external agencies when needed to review metrics and analytics, identify trends, and recommend improvements on campaigns or special projects.
- Support and play a key team playing role in supporting other activities that may be required for data analysis for the digital and marketing department as well as any other the Bank strategic initiative.
Role Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or Marketing.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of Experience in Data Analytics.
- Banking experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English-Spanish
Skills and Competences:
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong in Excel, Tableau and Python
- High attention to detail and report precision
- Survey Management – Survey Engines Experience
