Insurance Producer / Client Support Specialist

Piazza’s Insurance Services LLC is a locally owned, family-oriented insurance agency serving individuals and families across Louisiana. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Insurance Producer / Client Support Specialist to join our growing team.
Job Summary
This position supports our licensed agents by assisting with underwriting, payments, sales support, and policy renewals. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, works well in a team environment, and values professionalism and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist agents with underwriting submissions and carrier follow-ups
- Support new business sales by preparing quotes and applications
- Process policy payments and assist with billing questions
- Manage policy renewals, including client outreach and remarketing
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding coverage and next steps
Qualifications
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Active Louisiana insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Team-focused, dependable, and professional
