The role is ideal for candidates with prior Automotive Internet Sales Management experience, who are passionate about automotive digital retailing and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but are not limited to):
This position is responsible for driving our digital automotive sales strategies and enhancing the overall online customer experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes incentives tied to customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries
- Follow-up consistently to maximize engagement and appointment show rates
- Schedule and manager customer appointments
- Coordinate closely with our Sales and Service Team
- Present vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features
- Drive consistent utilization of existing technologies and digital tools
- Serve as the Brand Compliance Internet Manager
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SALES ENGAGEMENT MANAGER ROLE:
- Digital marketing experience within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of online automotive retail platforms
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Customer service skills and a service excellence attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.
