Position: Full-Time Activity Aide (Memory Care Unit) 8:30am-5pm with rotating weekends.
Location: Monticello, IL
Facility Size: 100-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility

What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily arts & crafts, games, music, sensory, and interactive activities tailored to memory care needs
- Assist in planning and organizing therapeutic recreation programs to enrich our residents’ lives
- Foster a positive environment where residents feel respected, involved, and valued
- Encourage participation and adapt activities based on individual needs and preferences
- Chart daily resident engagement and report feedback to the Activity Director
- Collaborate with a caring team to support overall facility and program goals
- Perform other related duties as needed to support our mission
