This position requires someone who can efficiently assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Line Cook Duties:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station.
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking skills and willingness to assist where needed.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
