Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant service, including shift management, staff scheduling, and customer interactions
Lead staff training and development to ensure high standards of food handling, customer service, and safety protocols are met
Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to optimize food production efficiency
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; reconcile daily sales and prepare reports
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant
Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members for various roles
Skills
Proven experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams, training staff, and managing shifts effectively
