Lead Sales & Marketing Specialist

$24.00 per hour 5–7% Commission

Pia Collection is seeking a driven, bilingual professional to join our growing team. This unique role combines luxury retail sales with social media marketing and live selling. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating engaging content, and have the confidence to sell premium products, we’d love to meet you.
This is not a traditional retail position. We specialize in luxury hair extensions, hair accessories, and personalized consultations where exceptional customer service and relationship building are essential.
What You’ll Do
Sales
Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Conduct personalized consultations and recommend the best products for each client.
Confidently sell high-ticket luxury hair extensions and accessories.
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service.
Marketing & Content Creation
Create engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Host live selling events showcasing Pia Collection products.
Film product demonstrations, client transformations, and educational content.
Help execute marketing campaigns and new product launches.
Respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms.
Stay current on social media trends and bring fresh ideas to grow the brand.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Previous experience in retail sales, luxury sales, beauty, cosmetics, hair, fashion, or customer service preferred.
Experience creating content for social media is highly preferred.
Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment.
Schedule Requirements
Open availability is required.

Compensation & Benefits
