Resident Engineer
The following are a must for any resident.
Support Vehicle Performance Calibrators in GM.
Support CAL releases in GM CRETA tool.
Support Data collection using CAN tool, NeoVI, Lauterbach (internal parameter values), DediProg (for Mobileye flashing/data), Beagle Total Phase Data Centre tool for SPI log collection.
Use DPS to make vehicle archives/collect Camera data summary.
Support GM Plants and field issues in vehicles.
Support warranty returned parts analysis for Software team using Flash fixture/bed of nails and Debug board.
Support optics team in SFR scoring.
Support writing and tracking ECRs and PN releases in GM systems.
Write Engineering Work Orders in GM system and track program team approval.
Assist in system level activities, including vehicle reviews, system validation, and obtaining documents released by customers.
Visit customer locations and deliver, install, and remove parts on development vehicles in support of various customer reviews and problem resolution activities.
Calibrating modules from specific vehicles platforms and configurations.
Trouble shooting and solving module/vehicle level issues.
Coordinating OEM and supplier activities.
GM proving grounds driving privileges Level1/Level2.
Supporting the development of module specifications.
Support Vehicle/Bench Programming modules to support OEM.
